  VP-Conferences. All reports should be sent to VP-Conferences before the
  respective
  deadlines set by him,
  (2) To provide a written final progress report to IES AdCom within three months
  after
  the meeting.
  (3) To return the IES advance loan, if any; to return the IES share of the
  surplus; and
  to close all bank accounts, all within four months after the meeting.
  (4) To file the final financial report to both IEEE Headquarters and IES within
  six
